Scully Finance is a first generation single Family Office based near Valletta, Malta which was founded in 2010. Originally launched with investments mainly in Germany and France, Scully Finance has since evolved into multinational investor with offices in Malta, Germany, Cyprus and South Africa.

Scully Finance focus now ranges from real estate investments and developments to innovative startups.

Byhan Holding LTD was founded in 2007 in the Cyprus city of Limassol and is part of the Scully Finance Group. In 2022 Byhan moved to its new offices to Nicosia.

DERMIUS

DERMIUS LIMITED is a privately held holding company based in Nicosia, Cyprus. Throughout the group of companies we are focused on real estate investments, projects and the funding of other investments mainly in Germany.

AGLS Investments Limited

AGLS Investments Limited was founded in Since 2024 was in the Cyprus City of Nicosia as a SPV and is part of the Byhan Group. The current investment focus lies in the German real estate market.

BJD Holding

BJD Holding Limited was founded in 2024 in the Cyprus City of Nicosia as a SPV and is part of the Byhan Group. The current investment focus lies in the German real estate market.

WSGS Holdings

WSGS Holdings Limited was founded as a Project Development Company focusing on the German Real Estate Market and is a subsidiary of Byhan Holding LTD. As a long-term market participant we have the experience to find projects in the most promising locations. We are focused on residential and commercial properties.

Mercatus Limited

Mercatus Limited was founded in 2010 in Limassol, Cyprus as a SPV and is part of the Byhan Group. The current investment focus lies in the South African real estate market.

KTE.energy

KTE is a transformative Green Hydrogen project in South Africa, which integrates massive electrolysis and renewable energy capacities across an expansive site, prioritizing sustainability and socio-environmental impact while aiming to offer competitively low energy costs to local and global markets.

Michael Jutsch is the Executive Director of Scully Finance (Malta) Ltd. Michael has been with Scully since 2012 and is the Managing Director.

Before joining Scully, Michael was for more than 10 years Executive Director of various Swiss and international companies. His involvement in ownership, management, acquisitions and investments has enabled him to direct various transactions over the past years.

Michael has graduated from International Business School, Bad Homburg and Newcastle Business School, Newcastle upon Tyne.

Adriana Jutsch

Adriana Jutsch

Officer

Adriana Jutsch is a Director of Scully Finance (Malta) Ltd and has been taking care of the administrative department since 2013.

Adriana is a graduated accountant and visited the University Moura Lacerda studying for a degree in Economics.

Before joining Scully Group she already worked for various Multinational companies.

Andreas Gregoriou

Officer

Andreas holds a Diploma in Foundation in Accountancy and has worked in various roles, including International Financial Reporting and Audit Supervisor. Andreas has managed portfolios of international companies, prepared financial statements, tax computations, and supervised junior staff.

Andreas joined Scully Finance (Malta) Ltd. In 2024 and added his experience in preparing consolidations, and managing groups of 70 companies as supervisor of reporting and consolidation to the team of Scully Finance (Malta) Ltd.

Styliana Savva

Styliana Savva
Head of Group Reporting and Accounting

Styliana joined Scully Finance (Malta) Ltd in 2024 as the Head of Group Reporting and Accounting.

Her experience extends to more than 15 years in accounting firms, including a Big-4. Before joining Scully Finance (Malta) Ltd she was involved in providing debt advisory, taxation, payroll and accounting services to local and international clients.

Styliana holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and an MBA from the University of Roehampton.

Jessica Gravina Zammit

Assistant

Jessica joined Scully Finance (Malta) Ltd. in 2022 holding a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) (Hons.) Management from the University of Malta. She gained experience working in APS Bank Malta for more than 8 years.

Now she supports the senior staff of Scully Finance (Malta) Ltd. in various administrative positions.
